2. What information we collect
Our contact form asks for the following information:
• Name (required) • Company (required) • Email address (required) • Country (optional) • Your message (required)
We only collect this information when you choose to send us an enquiry.
3. How we receive and process your enquiry
When you click the Send button, the form opens your default email client with a pre-composed message to eliasnikbarth@gmail.com. The information is then sent to us by your email provider (for example Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail). We receive the enquiry in our email inbox.
We do not store the submitted data on this website or in any database. The transmission happens between your device, your email provider and our email inbox provider.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your contact details on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, because the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
5. How long we keep your data
Because enquiries arrive by email, retention is determined by how long emails are kept in our inbox. We generally keep enquiries for up to 12 months unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case they are kept for as long as required by tax, accounting and legal obligations.
6. Third-party services and data transfers
This website is hosted on Lovable (lovable.app). Lovable uses Cloudflare infrastructure, which may process visitor IP addresses for security and delivery purposes.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When the page loads, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. Google may process this data in the United States. We do not embed maps, videos, analytics scripts, chat widgets or social media plugins.
7. Cookies and local storage
We do not use cookies or tracking scripts. The language toggle stores your chosen language (en or de) in your browser's local storage under the key bb-lang. This is purely functional and remains on your device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and receive a copy of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at eliasnikbarth@gmail.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
